Steve is a Co-founder of Vetted Franchise Brands and a respected figure in the restaurant industry. He is celebrated for his expertise in restaurant concept design and successful operations.

A certified pizzaiolo from Italy, he earned the title of Best Pizza in the USA in 2009. Serving as Vice President of Franchise Development at BURGERFI International, he represents both the BURGERFI and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings brands. Steve has led his teams to sell over 150 franchises to 50+ groups, spanning 20+ states and international markets like Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

His commitment extends to mentoring franchisees and boosting local store marketing strategies for profitability.

Mitchell Nolan

Co-founder, Vett3d

Co-founder of Vetted Franchise Brands, Mitchell is a graduate of the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Having spent a half-decade in franchising, he previously was a supplier to the franchise community. Holding an undergraduate and M.B.A. concentration in franchising, Mitchell leverages his educational and supplier background to empower brands to expand through sustainable franchising.

When he is not spending his time helping businesses expand through franchising you can find Mitchell on the golf course!

Mehdi Zarhloul

Crazy Pita, CEO

Coming from downtown Casablanca, Morocco, at age 16 with $30 to his name. Mehdi landed in Washington, D.C. Before Crazy Pita, Mehdi spent 20 years working his way up to managing a fine-dining restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel.

From the time Mehdi started brewing the idea for a local Mediterranean restaurant, the goal has always been to provide guests with flavorful cuisine inspired by Moroccan spices in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Crazy Pita values authenticity, diversity, and the unwavering dedication to exceeding guest expectations that can come only from truly kind and honorable people working to help guests feel at home while enjoying a fulfilling experience.

Omar Mo

GAI Chicken & Rice, VP of Operations

Experienced Restaurant Operations Manager -  Director of Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry. Skilled in Hospitality Management. Strong professional with an Associate's degree focused in General Business Administration and Management, from Borough of Manhattan Community College. 


Born in West Africa, Alpha Oumar Bah “Omar” came to America for a better life and to support his family. After 3
months in the US, he started College full time pursuing a business management degree while working as a
dishwasher. Through hard work and dedication, he worked his way up to Assistant General Manager in 2016 with BurgerFI International.
